Formerly known as ImmunityKC, we are proud to introduce ViaVitae Functional Health.

While our name has changed, our commitment to personalized, root-cause, evidence-informed care remains stronger than ever.

Why the Change?

When ImmunityKC was founded, our name reflected a core focus on immune health and functional medicine. Over time, however, our practice has grown — not just in size, but in scope, expertise, and collaboration.

Today, our care is delivered by a diverse, integrative team, including:

Together, we work as a unified team to support the whole person — not just a single system or diagnosis.

As our team expanded, we realized our name no longer fully represented the breadth of care, perspectives, and pathways to healing that exist within our walls. We wanted a name that honored collaboration, inclusivity, and the journey of health itself.

The name ViaVitae comes from Latin and means “the way of life” or “the path of life.”

This meaning deeply reflects our philosophy of care.
